Ink Invasion provides browser games at playinkinvasion.com and the Ink Merge mobile app. You can play without creating an account. This policy explains the information used to run the games, save optional account progress and provide advertising-supported features.
Information we collect
- Your Google account identifier, name and email address when you choose to sign in through Supabase Authentication.
- The public username you choose.
- Game progress and statistics, including scores, merges, discoveries, levels, achievements and other gameplay records.
- Device, app, advertising and diagnostic information processed by Google Mobile Ads when adverts are requested or viewed, subject to your consent choices and device settings.
- Anything you voluntarily enter in the Suggestion Box, including optional name and email details.
Your email address is not shown on public leaderboards. Only your chosen username and relevant game statistics may be public.
How we use it
We use this information to provide sign-in and cloud saves, operate leaderboards and achievements, deliver rewarded advertising, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, respond to suggestions and maintain the games.
Advertising and consent
The Ink Merge app uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded adverts. Google may process device or advertising identifiers and related usage information to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Where required, the app asks for consent before requesting adverts. You can decline personalised advertising where that option is available; gameplay remains available without signing in.
Service providers
Ink Invasion uses Google for optional sign-in and mobile advertising, Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for website hosting, and Web3Forms to deliver Suggestion Box messages by email. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and local storage
The website and app use essential cookies or local storage to keep you signed in, remember game progress and preserve settings. Advertising technologies may be used in the mobile app in accordance with your consent choices.
Retention and deletion
Local guest progress remains on your device until app data is cleared or the app is removed. Signed-in account information and cloud progress are retained until you ask us to delete them or the service closes. You can request deletion of your Ink Invasion account and associated game data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain uses. Device advertising controls and the consent options presented in the app provide additional choices.
