By playing Ink Invasion or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the game.

The game

Ink Invasion is provided as a casual browser game. It may be changed, paused or discontinued, and features or progress may occasionally be reset while the game is developed.

Accounts

You may play as a guest or sign in using Google. You are responsible for access to your Google account. One person should not use multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or achievements.

Usernames and conduct

Usernames must not be abusive, hateful, impersonate another person, advertise unlawful services or infringe another person’s rights. We may rename, suspend or remove accounts that abuse the game, attempt to cheat, interfere with the service or manipulate statistics.

Leaderboards and progress

We may correct or remove scores that appear fraudulent or result from bugs or exploits. Although we take reasonable steps to save progress, uninterrupted access and permanent preservation of game data cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The Ink Invasion name, game code, artwork, design and original content belong to Ink Invasion and may not be copied, sold or redistributed without permission.

External links

The website may link to services such as PrizeForge and Visilyo. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices, and visiting them is optional.

Liability

The game is provided without warranties and for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ink Invasion is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the game. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
